The day started with a 2 hour mountain bike ride with Michael and his 2 older children, Benjamin and Madeline (13 & 12) and it was terrifying. Good news is that I didn't kill myself and only walked up a few hills. Actually got air one time and went over several large rocks. Perhaps this is the new sport for me. Bangers were then cooked on the barbie for lunch and then we went swimming (joined by Patricia and the twins) in the billabong (cold, but we managed)and then went kangaroo viewing in the wild - successful! Also saw beautiful cockatoos and kukabarras. All in all an exhasting but truly exhilarating day. It will be difficult to say goodbye to the Antrums tomorrow, when I leave for Port Stevens and Fingal Bay.
